摘　　要：目的:建立抗毒合剂中葛根素的高效液相含量测定方法,为其质量评价提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:Agilent C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水溶液(23∶77);流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:250 nm。结果:葛根素的线性范围为10~62.5μg(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.70%(RSD=1.43%,n=6)。结论:该方法便于操作,分离效果好,专属性强,重现性好,可作为抗毒合剂质量标准的含量测定方法。Objective:To provide the basis for quality control of Kangdu mixture by establishing an HPLC method for determining the contents of puerarin in Kangdu mixture.Methods:HPLC method was adopted,chromatographic conditions:Agilent C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);mobile phase:methanol-water solution(23∶77);flow rate:1.0mL/min;column temperature:30℃;detection wavelength:250nm.Results:Linear range of Puerarin was between 10 and 62.5μg(r=0.9998),average recovery rate was 98.70%(RSD=1.43%,n=6).Conclusion:The method,easy to operate,good separation effects,strong specificity and good reproducibility,could be used as the method of quality control of Kangdu mixture.
