摘　　要：从桂枝汤加减治疗外感头身疼痛、不明原因发热、产后关节痛、多汗及手汗多等4方面入手总结王自立主任医师灵活运用经方治疗各科疑难杂症的经验,王自立主任医师临床运用桂枝汤主要以气血失和、营卫失调、阴阳失和为病机,以调和营卫、调补气血、平衡阴阳为关键。The paper summarizes chief physician Wang Zili’s experience in treating difficult and miscellaneous diseases in various departments with classical prescription flexibly from four aspects:modified Guizhi Tang in treating head and body pain caused by external factors,unexplained fever,postpartum joint pain,hyperhidrosis and palmar hyperhidrosis,the clinical application of Guizhi Tang mainly takes the disharmony of Qi and blood,the imbalance of nutrient Qi and defensive Qi,the disharmony of Yin and Yang as the pathogenesis,regulating nutrient Qi and defensive Qi,adjusting and tonifying Qi and blood,balancing Yin and Yang as the key.
