中药抗心肌缺血作用处方用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:使用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)分析治疗心肌缺血的处方用药规律。方法:搜集具有抗心肌缺血作用的方剂,录入中医传承辅助系统,进行关联规则、熵方法用药规律分析及复杂系统熵聚类的核心组合分析、无监督熵层次聚类的新处方分析。结果:筛选得到147首方剂,用药频次大于10的有30味中药,排在前5位的是丹参、黄芪、川芎、红花、当归。排在前5位的中药组合分别是黄芪-丹参、丹参-红花、丹参-川芎、川芎-丹参-当归、丹参-当归-黄芪,演化得到核心组合24个,挖掘出新处方12个。结论:治疗心肌缺血的药物以活血化瘀药、益气养阴药、养心安神药、理气药为主,契合缺血性心肌病的病因病机。Objective:To analyze the medication laws of the prescription for myocardial ischemia using TCMISS(V2.5).Methods:The prescriptions with anti myocardial ischemia effects were collected and typed into TCMISS,to perform association rules,entropy method,core combination analysis of complex system entropy clustering and new prescription analysis of unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering.Results:After screening,147 prescriptions were obtained and 30 herbs were used more than ten times,the top five drugs were Danshen(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge),Huangqi(radix astragali),Chuanxiong(Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.),Honghua(Carthamus tinctorius L.)and Danggui(Angelica sinensis).The top five drug combinations were Huangqi Danshen,Danshen-Honghua,Danshen-Chuanxiong,Chuanxiong-Danshen-Danggui,Danshen-Danggui-Huangqi respectively,after evolution,24 core combinations were obtained and 12 new prescriptions were unearthed.Conclusion:The drugs of treating myocardial ischemia are of promoting blood circulation and eliminating stagnation,invigorating Qi and nourishing yin,nourishing the mind and calming the mind,and regulating Qi,which conforms to the cause and the pathogenesis of ischemic cardiomyopathy.
