摘  要:新冠肺炎疫情之后人们更加注重室内环境质量的提升。紫外线照射和艾叶熏蒸作为最常见的居室环境消毒方式,可以杀灭多种微生物并对室内空气起到净化作用。本文通过对紫外线和艾叶熏蒸灭菌进行比较,使用平板沉降法采集菌落并计算落菌率,发现艾烟、艾叶精油电子熏蒸与紫外线具有相近的灭菌效果,且挥发油电子熏蒸具有无烟雾和超细颗粒物的优势。同时提出将灭菌与空气循环系统相接合,可营造绿色、清新、健康的室内环境,更有助于配合疫情防控工作的深入开展。The pandemic of COVID-19 urges people to pay more attention to indoor environmental quality.Ultraviolet and moxa leaf fumigation are the most common room environment disinfection methods,which can kill a variety of micro-organisms and purify indoor air.This article compares these two methods by using the plate sedimentation method to collect bacterial colonies and calculate the colony rate in the air.It is found that moxa leaf smoke and electronic fumigation of refined moxa leaf oil has a similar sterilizing effect with ultraviolet light,and electronic fumigation is smoke-free and only generates ultrafine particles.At the same time,it is proposed that the combination of sterilization and air circulation system can create a green,fresh,and healthy indoor environment,which is more helpful to the in-depth development of epidemic prevention and control.
