摘　　要：目的:探讨Q开关532nm激光联合薇诺娜透明质酸修护贴敷料治疗面部雀斑的临床效果与安全性。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年11月笔者医院收治的80例面部雀斑患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组采用Q开关532nm激光治疗,观察组采用Q开关532nm激光联合薇诺娜透明质酸修护贴敷料治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率和对雀斑数量、雀斑范围、色素深度、整体皮肤状态的主观满意度,以及治疗期间治疗部位疼痛缓解时间、红斑消退时间、结痂脱落时间,以及严重不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组与对照组患者的总有效率均为100.00%,两组疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组对色素深度、整体皮肤状态的满意度要明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,观察组治疗部位的疼痛缓解时间、红斑消退时间和结痂脱落时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),但两组的严重不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用Q开关532nm激光联合薇诺娜透明质酸修护贴敷料治疗面部雀斑临床疗效显著,安全性好,患者满意度较高。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect and safety of Q-switch 532nm laser combined with Winona sodium hyaluronate-containing dressing on facial freckles.Methods A total of 80 patients with facial freckles who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were enrolled as the research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Q-switch 532nm laser,while observation group was treated with Q-switch 532nm laser combined with Winona sodium hyaluronate-containing dressing.The total response rate and subjective satisfaction with freckles number,freckles range,pigment depth and overall skin status after treatment,pain relief time at treatment sites,erythema fad time,scabs shedding time and incidence of serious adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total response rates in observation group and control group were both 100.00%.There was no significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction with pigment depth and overall skin status in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).During treatment period,pain relief time at treatment sites,erythema fad time and scabs shedding time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of serious adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Q-switch 532nm laser combined with Winona sodium hyaluronate-containing dressing is significant on facial freckles,with good safety and high patients satisfaction.
