早期预警分级联合预见性动态急救干预对急性缺血性脑卒中患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨早期预警分级联合预见性动态急救干预对急性缺血性脑卒中患者的急救护理效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月急诊科救治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者90例,随机分成2组。对照组患者采用常规病情评估联合常规急救护理,观察组患者应用早期预警分级联合动态急救干预急救护理。结果观察组急诊分诊时间、急诊救治时间、住院时间及转送意外发生率均低于对照组,而最大尿流量明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后心理、生理、社会功能、环境支持等生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者出院时NIHSS评分,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性缺血性脑卒中患者应用早期预警分级联合预见性动态急救干预护理,可以明显缩短患者的急诊分诊时间与救治时间,为患者救治争取时间,同时能够降低患者转运意外及并发症的发生率,保障患者安全,两者联合应用具有积极的临床意义。Objective To investigate the application effects of modified early warning classification(MEWS)combined with predictive dynamic first aid intervention in emergency nursing for patients with acute ischemic cerebral stroke.Methods Ninety patients with acute ischemic stroke who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled in thestudy,who were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in control group were treated by routine condition assessment combined with routine first aid nursing,however,the patients in observation group were treated by MEWS score combined with predictive dynamic first aid nursing.Results The emergency triage time,emergency treatment time,hospitalization time and the incidence of transfer accidents in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,however,the maximum urinary flow was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the psychological and physiological scores,and the scores of social function and environmental support in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).However the NIHSS scores and the incidence rate of complications in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MEWS score combined with predictive dynamic first aid intervention in emergency nursing for patients with acute ischemic cerebral stroke can significantly shorten the emergency triage time and treatment time,and can reduce the incidence of transshipment accidents and complications,and the combination application of the two methods has positive clinical significance.
