摘 要:为研究开孔冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢受弯构件稳定性能,采用有限元方法对其进行受力分析。首先利用已有试验结果验证有限元数值模拟的可行性,然后研究孔洞的存在以及孔径的改变对非纯弯构件屈曲失效模式及极限承载力的影响。结果表明:孔洞对构件的屈曲失效模式有一定的影响;当构件孔径较小时,其抗弯承载力与未开孔构件相比变化不大,部分构件甚至出现承载力细微增加现象;当孔径进一步增大时,其抗弯承载力出现下降。In order to study the stability behavior of cold-formed thin-walled lipped channel steel with holes,the finite element method was used to analyze the bearing capacity.First,the existing test results were used to verify the feasibility of finite element numerical simulation,and then the influence of the members with holes and aperture on the buckling failure mode and ultimate bearing capacity were studied.The results show that the hole has a certain influence on the buckling failure mode of the member;When the hole diameter of the member is small,the flexural bearing capacity of the member has little change compared with the non-opening member,and some members even have a slight increase in the bearing capacity;When the hole diameter is further increased,its flexural capacity will decrease.
