摘 要:微表处技术在公路建设和养护中的应用已十分普遍,其中有成功的经验,也有失败的教训,为了微表处技术的合理应用和更好发展,介绍了微表处技术的起源,分析了微表处结构的特殊性及优点和缺点,指出了合理运用微表处技术的方法、措施、范围以及容易出现的问题,并在此基础上开发了预热拌稀浆表处施工工艺、稀浆表处减噪技术和超粗型稀浆表处设计方法,以适应公路工程建设和养护的需要。分析结果表明:稀浆表处的成型厚度不得大于最大碎石粒径;当稀浆表处用于填补车辙时,车辙深度应与稀浆表处型号即最大碎石粒径相匹配;预热拌施工工艺能够使稀浆表处的使用寿命显著延长;掺加废胎胶粉可以减小行车噪音。The application of micro-surfacing technology in highway construction and maintenance has been very common,among which there are successful experiences and failed lessons.For the rational application and better development of micro-surfacing technology,the origin of micro-surfacing technology is introduced,the special characteristics of micro-surfacing structure and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,the methods,measures,scope and easy problems of rational application of micro-surfacing technology are pointed out,and on this basis,the The construction process of preheated mixed thin slurry surface treatment,the noise reduction technology of thin slurry surface treatment and the design method of super coarse thin slurry surface treatment are developed to meet the needs of highway construction and maintenance.The analysis results show that:the forming thickness of thin slurry surface shall not be larger than the maximum gravel particle size;when thin slurry surface is used to fill rutting,the rutting depth shall match with the type of thin slurry surface,i.e.the maximum gravel particle size;the preheated mixing construction process can significantly extend the service life of thin slurry surface;the addition of waste tire rubber powder can reduce the traffic noise.
