摘　　要：目的构建精神病患者延续性护理服务框架。方法采用德尔菲法,通过两轮26名专家咨询,建立精神病患者延续性护理服务框架。结果确立了由角色功能、实施过程、服务内容、效果评价4项一级指标、15项二级指标和48项三级指标构成的服务框架体系。两轮函询专家积极系数分别为88.46%和92.31%,专家权威系数(Cr)为0.83,专家意见的总体协调系数(W)分别为0.175和0.202,P均<0.01。结论德尔菲法构建的精神病患者延续性护理服务框架服务,具有可靠性和权威性,为今后精神病患者延续性护理的实施提供依据和参考。Objective Contraction of transitional care service framework for-psychopaths.Methods The service framework of transitional care for psychopaths with Delphi method through 26 experts consultation in two rounds.Results The service framework of transitional care consisted of roles and function,implementation process,service content,effectiveness evaluation as the first-level indications,14 second level indicators,49 third level indicators.The experts’s positive coefficients of two rounds were 88.46%and 92.31%respectively,authority coefficient of expert was 0.83,generally coordination coefficients were 0.175 and 0.202 respectively(all P<0.01).Conclusions The transitional care service framework system which was analyzed by Delphi method is reliable and authoritative,the service framework can provide basis and reference for implementation of transitional care for psychopaths in the future.
