眼眶爆裂骨折围手术期的综合护理效果及经验

摘　　要：目的总结眼眶爆裂骨折围手术期综合护理经验,并分析其临床效果。方法选择2019年12月至2021年2月本院收治的眼眶爆裂性骨折实施手术治疗者80例。按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行综合护理干预,比较两组干预前后疼痛及心理状况评分、患者疾病主观认知度及整体护理满意度评分、并发症情况以及术后住院时间。结果干预后观察组疼痛NRS评分和心理焦虑SAS评分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05);干预后观察组疾病主观认知度得分、整体护理满意度得分均高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组住院过程中发生眼球严重疼痛、感染和敷料出血渗透的比例显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组术后住院时间显著短于对照组(P <0.05)。结论针对眼眶爆裂骨折实施手术治疗者,进行综合性护理干预,能有效的缓解患者疼痛,提高心理应对能力,提高对疾病的主观认识和护理满意度,减少并发症,进而缩短住院时间。Objective To summarize the perioperative comprehensive nursing experience of orbital blowout fracture and analyze its clinical effect.Methods Eighty cases of orbital blowout fracture treated by surgery from December 2019 to February 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,each 40 cases.The control group was received routine nursing,while the observation group was received comprehensive nursing intervention in this study.The scores of pain and psychological status before and after the intervention were compared,and the changes of subjective cognition and overall nursing satisfaction scores of patients after the intervention were compared.The related complications occurred during hospitalization were compared between the two groups,and the postoperative hospitalization time of the two groups was counted.Results After intervention,the NRS scores of pain and SAS scores of psychological anxiety in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of subjective awareness of diseases and overall nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of severe eyeball pain,infection and bleeding and infiltration of dressing in the observation group during hospitalization time was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative hospitalization time of the observation group was significant.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with orbital blowout fracture can effectively relieve their pain,improve their psychological coping ability,improve their subjective understanding of the disease and nursing satisfaction,reduce complications and shorten their hospital stay.
