微波消融术联合无水酒精注射治疗肝癌的围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨彩超引导下微波消融联合无水酒精注射(PEI)治疗肝癌的围手术期护理。方法对本科收治的90例肝癌患者,分为对照组和观察组,全部进行微波治疗术联合无水酒精治疗肝癌,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予围手术期护理干预,比较两组患者的并发症、舒适度以及焦虑情绪差异。结果 90例患者均顺利实施微波联合PEI消融,单点微波消融78例,多点消融12例。观察组患者手术后并发症发生率低于对照组,患者舒适度高于对照组,焦虑情绪低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论微波消融术联合PEI治疗肝癌术前需要充分的护理干预,手术过程中需要密切配合,对治疗术后并发症出现的原因及特点进行综合性的治疗及护理,对患者康复有重要意义。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing of the treatment of liver cancer with microwave ablation guided by color Doppler ultrasound combined with anhydrous alcohol injection(PEI).Methods Ninety patients with liver cancer admitted to the undergraduate course were divided into a control group and an observation group.All patients in the control group were treated with microwave therapy combined with absolute alcohol to treat liver cancer.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and the patients in the observation group were given perioperative nursing intervention,compare the differences in complications,comfort and anxiety between the two groups of patients.Results Ninety patients underwent microwave combined PEI ablation smoothly,78 cases were single-point microwave ablation,and 12 cases were multi-point ablation.The incidence of complications after surgery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the comfort level of the patients was higher than that of the control group,and the anxiety was lower than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Microwave ablation combined with PEI treatment of liver cancer requires adequate nursing intervention before surgery,and close cooperation during the operation.Comprehensive treatment and nursing of the causes and characteristics of postoperative complications are of great significance to the rehabilitation of patients.
