摘  要:目的探究感染性疾病科物体表面清洁和消毒中采用不同材质抹布对细菌的清除效果分析。方法选取感染科入住危重患者的患者单元60个,以患者单元使用中的心电监护仪、呼吸机、微量泵、床栏等物体物品作为消毒对象,研究时间2017年9月至2019年2月,采用随机数字法将患者单元分成3组,其中A组20个患者单元采用消毒湿巾、B组20个患者单元使用超细纤维毛巾、C组20个患者单元采用棉质毛巾,比较细菌清除率,清洁消毒合格率。结果 A组与B组细菌清除率、物体表面清洁和消毒合格率比较差异不显著,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);A组与C组细菌清除率、物体表面清洁和消毒合格率比较差异显著,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);B组与C组细菌清除率、物体表面清洁和消毒合格率比较差异显著,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在感染性疾病科物体表面清洁和消毒中,采用一次性消毒湿巾的细菌清除率以及物体表面清洁和消毒合格率最高,但是一次性消毒湿巾消耗较大,成本高,可以采用超细纤维毛巾或者棉质毛巾作替代,均有一定清洁、消毒作用,相比之下超细纤维毛巾的细菌清除率和清洁、消毒合格率更高,是更加理想的材质抹布。Objective To investigate the effect of cleaning and disinfecting the surface of objects in the department of infectious diseases by using rag with different materials to remove bacteria.Methods Sixty patient units of critically ill patients in the Department of Infection were selected,and objects such as ECG monitor,ventilator,micropump and bed bar used in the patient unit were taken as disinfection objects.The study period was from September 2017 to February 2019,and the patient units were divided into three groups by random number method.Among them,disinfection wet wipes were used in 20 patient units of group A,super fiber towels were used in 20 patient units of group B,and cotton towels were used in 20 patient units of group C.The bacterial clearance rate was compared and the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection was compared.Results There were no significant difference in bacterial clearance rate and surface cleaning and disinfection rate between group A and group B(P>0.05).There were significant difference in bacterial clearance rate and surface cleaning and disinfection rate between group A and group C(P<0.05).There were significant difference in bacteria clearance rate and surface cleaning and disinfection rate between group B and group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Among the surface cleaning and disinfection of objects in the Department of Infectious Diseases,the removal rate of bacteria and the qualified rate of surface cleaning and disinfection of objects using disposable disinfection wet wipes are the highest.However,the consumption of disposable disinfection wet wipes is large and the cost is high.Therefore,super fiber towels or cotton towels can be used as substitutes,both of which have certain cleaning and disinfection effects.In contrast,the super fiber towel has a higher rate of bacteria removal and cleaning and disinfection qualification,which makes it a more ideal material rag.
