摘  要:目的观察多次(≥3次)人工流产后雌孕激素序贯应用对育龄期妇女生育能力的影响。方法将2019年2月至2019年10月我院收治的65例有多次人工流产史并仍有生育要求的患者随机分成试验组及对照组,对试验组患者流产后即序贯应用雌孕激素3个月并定期检查随访,对照组只进行门诊定期检查随访。对比观察两组患者术后阴道出血时间、月经复潮时间、月经量、宫腔粘连情况及妊娠率。结果试验组术后阴道出血时间情况、月经复潮时间、术后首次月经量、宫腔粘连情况、术后18个月的再次妊娠率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论多次人工流产后序贯应用雌孕激素促进子宫内膜修复,能够改善月经失调,保护生育期患者的生育能力。Objective To observe the effect of sequential application of estrogen and progesterone on the fertility of women of childbearing age after multiple(≥3 times)induced abortions.Methods From February 2019 to October 2019,65 patients who had multiple abortions and still had fertility requirements were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,and the experimental group was treated with female patients after the abortion.Progesterone was regularly checked and followed up for 3 months,while the control group only had regular check-ups and follow-ups in outpatient clinics.Compare and observe the vaginal study time,menstrual re-fluid time,menstrual volume,uterine adhesions and pregnancy rate of the two groups of patients.Results The experimental group’s postoperative vaginal bleeding time,menstrual re-fluid time,first postoperative menstrual volume,uterine adhesions,and re-pregnancy rate at 18 months after surgery were better than those of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant significance.Conclusion Sequential application of estrogen and progesterone after multiple artificial abortions can promote endometrial repair,improve menstrual disorders,and protect the fertility of patients during the reproductive period.
