甲硝唑-多西环素复合凝胶联合清胃散在牙周炎治疗中的应用及观察

摘　　要：目的探讨甲硝唑-多西环素复合凝胶联合清胃散在牙周炎患者治疗中的应用效果。方法 2019年12月至2020年12月我院收治牙周炎患者78例,按照不同的治疗方法进行分组,对照组39例应用甲硝唑-多西环素复合凝胶开展治疗,观察组39例应用甲硝唑-多西环素复合凝胶联合清胃散;比对不同方案的临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效性(97.44%)高于对照组(76.92%),P <0.05。治疗后,观察组牙周袋深度、附着丧失水平、龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数以及牙龈指数均低于对照组,有明显差异(P <0.05)。观察组治疗不良反应发生率(10.24%)与对照组(20.51%)对比,无明显差异(P> 0.05)。观察组治疗满意度(100.00%)高于对照组的(87.18%),有明显差异(P <0.05)。结论甲硝唑多西环素复合凝胶联合清胃散对牙周炎疾病治疗效果确切,安全性高,可行性强,获得患者的认可与满意。Objective To explore the effect of doxycycline compound gel combined with qingwei san in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods From December 2019 to December 2020,78 patients with periodontitis were admitted to our hospital,and they were grouped according to different treatment methods,39 patients in the comparison group were treated with metronidazole and doxycycline compound gel.39 cases in the analysis group were treated with metronidazole doxycycline combined gel and qingwei san.The clinical treatment value of different schemes was compared.Results 97.44%of the therapeutic efficacy of the analysis group was higher than that of the control group(76.92%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the depth of periodontal bag,attachment loss level,gingival sulcus bleeding index,plaque index and gingival index were lower in the analysis group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the analysis group was 10.24%and that of the control group was 20.51%,which was no difference(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of the analysis group was 100.00%higher than that of the control group(87.18%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Doxycycline compound gel combined with qingwei san is effective,safe and feasible for the treatment of periodontitis,and is worthy of promotion.
