中医中药治疗小儿顽固性哮喘的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究中医中药治疗小儿顽固性哮喘,对其临床效果等方面的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月本院收治的72例顽固性哮喘患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(36例)和观察组(36例)。照组患儿接受西医疗法(布地奈德+博利康尼);观察组患儿予以中医疗法(自制定喘汤)。对比两组患儿3个月后的短期疗效、2年内的复发情况,以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组咳嗽消失时间、呼吸困难消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间均明显优于对照组,P <0.05。观察组治疗总有效率(97.22%)明显高于对照组(77.78%),不良反应发生率(5.56%)明显低于对照组(27.78%),P <0.05。2年内复发次数明显少于对照组(P <0.05)。结论采用中医中药治疗小儿顽固性哮喘的临床效果非常理想,不仅短期内能够有效缓解各种症状,不良反应较少,且不易复发。Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on refractory asthma in children.Methods Seventy-two children with intractable asthma admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects,and divided into control group(36 cases)and observation group(36 cases)according to the random number table method.36 children in the control group were treated with Western Medicine(budesonide+borricone)and 36 children in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine(Dingchuan Decoction).The short-term efficacy,recurrence within 2 years and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of cough,dyspnea and wheezing in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,P<0.05.The total effective rate in the observation group(97.22%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.78%),and the adverse reactions in the observation group(5.56%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(27.78%).The recurrence times in the following two years significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children’s stubborn asthma is very ideal.It can not only effectively relieve various symptoms in a short period of time,but also has less adverse reactions and is not easy to relapse.
