延续性护理对冠心病合并高血压患者的远期效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价延续性护理工作的落实对冠心病并高血压患者远期效果的积极影响,以提高冠心病合并高血压患者护理质量和安全性。方法选择我院2018年1月至2019年4月收治并进行随访调查的冠心病合并高血压患者,总计90例。采用随机数字表法,分为对照组和延续组,每组各45例,其中对照组45例患者采取心内科常规护理,延续组45例患者配合应用出院后延续护理干预,对比对照组与延续组冠心病合并高血压患者组间遵医率、护理满意度以及心功能、血压水平。结果干预后,延续组冠心病合并高血压患者遵医率、护理满意度均高于对照组,护理后心功能指标水平以及血压水平更为平稳,P <0.05。结论给予冠心病合并高血压患者延续性护理干预可以提高患者遵医行为,促进患者心功能以及血压控制,其护理效果显著。Objective To evaluate the positive effect of continuous nursing on the long-term effect of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension,so as to improve the nursing quality and safety of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension.Methods From January 2018 to April 2019,90 patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension were selected and followed up.They were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and continuation group(n=45).The control group(n=45)was given routine nursing care,while the continuation group(n=45)was given extended nursing intervention after discharge.The compliance rate,nursing satisfaction,cardiac function and blood pressure of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension in the continuation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of cardiac function index and blood pressure were more stable after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension can improve patients’compliance behavior,promote patients’heart function and blood pressure control.
