针对性护理干预对治疗结核病的临床治疗作用

摘　　要：目的分析针对性护理干预对治疗结核病的临床治疗作用。方法随机抽取的100例结核病患者,均为本院结核内科2019年9月至2020年8月收治病例。以随机抽签法分组,各50例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行针对性护理,对比分析护理干预效果。结果观察组患者治愈率(88.00%)相比对照组(68.00%)更高,涂片转阴率(92.00%)相比对照组(70.00%)更高(P <0.05)。观察组患者住院时间相比对照组明显更短(P <0.05)。结论针对性护理应用在结核病患者的护理干预中,可有效改善疾病症状,提升临床治愈率,还可显著缩短治疗时间,应用效果好。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of targeted nursing intervention on tuberculosis.Methods A total of 100 patients with tuberculosis were randomly selected and admitted to the Department of Tuberculosis Medicine of our hospital from September 2019 to August 2020.There were 50 cases in each group by random drawing.The control group was given routine nursing support,and the observation group was given targeted nursing support on the basis of the control group,and the nursing intervention effect was compared and analyzed.Results The cure rate of observation group was 88.00%higher than that of control group(68.00%).The smear conversion rate of observation group was 92.00%higher than that of control group(70.00%,P<0.05).The length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing application in the nursing intervention of tuberculosis patients can effectively improve the disease symptoms,improve the clinical cure rate,but also significantly shorten the treatment time,the application effect is good.
