快速康复护理对骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折术后恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的分析骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折疾病特点、患者手术护理需求,评价快速康复外科(ERAS)护理对患者术后恢复情况的影响。方法选择我院骨科2019年6月至2020年4月收治治疗的110例骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折疾病患者,经医院伦理委员会审核批准,均进行手术治疗。按照入院先后顺序进行对照组、观察组分组,分别采取常规护理、ERAS护理干预,患者知情配合参与。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果以视觉模拟评分法(VAS)以及日常生活活动能力(ADL)量表评估患者的疼痛、日常生活活动能力状况,干预后观察组患者VAS评分(1.99±0.60)分低于对照组、ADL评分(88.50±5.60)分高于对照组(P <0.05);以日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分评估患者的腰椎功能改善情况,观察组总优良率90.90%明显高于对照组63.63%(P <0.05)。结论 ERAS护理辅助干预满足骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折患者手术治疗需求,可以促进患者腰椎功能、日常生活活动能力改善,助于减缓患者疼痛感。Objective To analyze the characteristics of osteoporotic lumbar vertebral compression fractures and the patient’s surgical care needs,and to evaluate the impact of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing on patients’postoperative recovery.Methods A total of 110 patients with osteoporotic lumbar spine compression fractures who were admitted to the Department of Orthopedics in our hospital from June 2019 to April 2020 were selected.After review and approval by the hospital ethics committee,all patients were treated with surgery.The control group and the observation group were carried out according to the order of admission,and routine nursing and ERAS nursing intervention were taken respectively,and the patients were informed and cooperated to participate.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results The Visual Analogue Scale/Score(VAS)and Activities of Daily Living(ADL)scale were used to assess the patients’pain and activities of daily living.The VAS score of the observation group after intervention(1.99±0.60)points lower than the control group,ADL score(88.50±5.60)points higher than the control group,P<0.05;the improvement of lumbar function was evaluated by the Japanese Orthopaedic Associationscores(JOA)score.The excellent and good rate of 90.90%was significantly higher than that of the control group 63.63%,P<0.05.Conclusion ERAS nursing assistance intervention meets the surgical treatment needs of patients with osteoporotic lumbar compression fractures,can promote the improvement of patients’lumbar spine function and activities of daily living,and help relieve the pain of patients.
