眼外伤继发青光眼的临床特点及护理措施

摘　　要：目的分析眼外伤继发青光眼的临床特点以及应用护理干预措施的价值。方法回顾性分析我院2018年3月至2021年5月治疗的30例眼外伤继发青光眼患者的临床资料,对其进行心理、药物、病情等方面的护理干预,观察分析患者在护理干预前后的视力和眼压变化情况。结果干预后,视力明显较干预前提升,且眼压明显较干预前降低,差异显著(P <0.05)。结论给予眼外伤青光眼患者有效的护理干预,能有效恢复患者的视力和控制眼压水平。Objective To analyze the value of nursing intervention measures for glaucoma secondary to ocular trauma.Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with glaucoma secondary to ocular trauma treated from March 2018 to may 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.The nursing intervention in psychological,drug and disease were carried out.The changes of vision and intraocular pressure before and after nursing intervention were observed and analyzed.Results After the intervention,the visual acuity was significantly improved compared with that before the intervention,and the intraocular pressure was significantly lower than that before the intervention,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective nursing intervention for patients with traumatic glaucoma can effectively restore the vision and control the intraocular pressure.
