摘　　要：目的总结尿毒症患者并发脑出血行无肝素血液透析期间的护理体会,保证血液透析顺利进行,防止患者发生并发症,促进患者康复,提高患者的生活质量。方法回顾我院2020年1月至2021年3月尿毒症并发脑出血患者18例,无肝素透析治疗期间给以有效的观察和护理。结果 18例患者均顺利完成无肝素透析治疗,最后2例自动出院,16例预后良好,顺利出院。结论血透室护士高度的责任心和工作能力,恰当的护理措施和护理观察是保证无肝素透析顺利进行,保证患者安全,促进康复的重要因素。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of patients with uremia complicated by cerebral hemorrhage during hemodialysis without heparin,to ensure the smooth progress of hemodialysis,to prevent complications,to promote the recovery of patients,and to improve the quality of life of patients.Methods A review of 18 patients with uremia and cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2021.Effective observation and care were given during the period of heparin-free dialysis treatment.Results All 18 patients successfully completed the heparin-free dialysis treatment.The last 2 patients were discharged automatically.16 patients had a good prognosis and were discharged smoothly.Conclusion The high degree of responsibility and work ability of the nurses in the hemodialysis room,appropriate nursing measures and nursing observation are important factors to ensure the smooth progress of heparin-free dialysis,to ensure the safety of patients,and to promote recovery.
