循证护理在Bakri止血球囊治疗产后出血护理中的效果及对护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探析Bakri止血球囊治疗在产后出血护理中应用循证护理的效果,并了解此护理模式下对护理质量的影响。方法选择我院于2016年2月至2021年2月收治的产后出血患者共计150例入组研究,均利用Bakri止血球囊治疗,通过随机数字表法将病例随机划分为两个组,一组为对照组共有75例病例,以常规护理干预;一组为观察组共有75例病例,以循证护理干预;对两组术后2 h、24 h的出血量进行统计,记录住院时间,统计并发症发生情况,评估患者的满意度。结果观察组患者的术后2 h、24 h出血量、住院时间少于对照组(P <0.05);观察组总并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者的满意度高于对照组(P <0.05);两组间护理效果存在明显差异。结论产后出血患者接受Bakri止血球囊治疗配合循证护理,可有效止血,预防并发症发生,缩短康复时间,提升护理质量,使患者获得更满意的护理。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage with Bakri hemostatic balloon,and to understand the influence of this nursing mode on the quality of nursing.Methods A total of 150 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2021 were enrolled in this study,all of whom were treated with Bakri hemostasis balloon.The patients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method.One group was the control group with 75 cases,and conventional nursing intervention was performed.One group was the observation group with a total of 75 cases,with evidence-based nursing intervention;the amount of blood loss at 2 hours and 24 hours after surgery in the two groups was counted,the hospitalization time was recorded,the incidence of complications was counted,and the satisfaction of patients was evaluated.Results The amount of postoperative bleeding and hospitalization time in observation group were less than those in control group at 2 hours and 24 hours(P<0.05).The incidence of total complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in nursing effect between the two groups.Conclusion Bakri hemostatic balloon therapy combined with evidence-based nursing for patients with postpartum hemorrhage can effectively stop bleeding,prevent complications,better shorten the recovery time,improve the quality of nursing,and enable patients to obtain more satisfactory nursing.
