快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜下肝部分切除术护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究对腹腔镜下肝部分切除术患者给予快速康复外科护理的效果。方法将我院2019年4月至2020年4月行肝部分切除术患者随机抽取74例,分为两组,对照组(n=37)采取常规护理,观察组(n=37)实施快速康复护理,对比两组患者术后康复效果。结果观察组Alb(37.49±4.39)g/L、ALT(21.34±3.94)U/L、TBil(58.18±10.78)μmol/,明显优于对照组的(31.72±3.52)g/L、(37.80±4.12)U/L、(97.46±11.82)μmol/L,P <0.05。观察组术后排气时间(1.80±0.46)d、留置导尿管时间(2.26±0.48)d、术后下床时间(2.42±0.49)d、住院时间(8.15±1.45)d,明显低于对照组的(2.86±0.43)d、(3.72±0.93)d、(3.54±0.56)d、(14.95±2.57)d,P <0.05。结论快速康复外科护理在腹腔镜肝部分切除中的应用具有突出优势,有利于患者术后肝功能的恢复,同时缩短术后康复周期,促进患者早日出院,对减少并发症具有积极作用。Objective To study the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic partial hepatectomy.Methods A total of 74 patients undergoing partial hepatectomy in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing.The postoperative rehabilitation effect of the two groups was compared.Results Alb(37.49±4.39)g/L,ALT(21.34±3.94)U/L,TBil(58.18±10.78)μmol/L in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(31.72±3.52)g/L,(37.80±4.12)U/L,(97.46±11.82)μmol/L,P<0.05.Observation group’s postoperative exhaust time(1.80±0.46)d,indwelling catheter time(2.26±0.48)d,postoperative out-of-bed time(2.42±0.49)d,hospitalization time(8.15±1.45)d,significantly lower than The control group’s(2.86±0.43)d,(3.72±0.93)d,(3.54±0.56)d,(14.95±2.57)d,P<0.05.Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing in the application of laparoscopic partial liver resection has outstanding advantages,is conducive to the recovery of postoperative liver function,shorten the postoperative rehabilitation period,promote the early discharge of patients,has a positive effect on reducing complications.
