人性化护理在结核性胸膜炎患者护理中的应用及对患者炎性反应的影响

摘　　要：目的分析人性化护理在结核性胸膜炎患者护理中的应用及对患者炎性反应的影响。方法从本院2019年3月至2020年4月收治的结核性胸膜炎患者中选择69例,基于奇偶法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者34例,使用常规护理,观察组患者35例,使用人性化护理干预。分析两组患者护理前后炎性因子水平、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、生存质量评分。结果两组患者护理前,炎性因子、SAS、SDS评分、生存质量评分对比无显著差异(P> 0.05),护理后,观察组患者炎性因子、SAS、SDS评分、生存质量评分均优于对照组患者,差异显著(P <0.05)。结论人性化护理在结核性胸膜炎患者护理中的应用可有效缓解患者存在的炎性反应,降低负面情绪,提升患者生存质量。Objective To analyze the application of humanized nursing in the nursing of patients with tuberculous pleurisy and its influence on patients’inflammatory response.Method The 69 cases of tuberculous pleurisy patients admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to April 2020 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group based on the parity method.34 cases of control group patients received routine care and observation group 35 patients were treated with humanized nursing intervention.The levels of inflammatory factors,anxiety(SAS),depression(SDS)scores,and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients before and after care were analyzed.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in inflammatory factors,SAS,SDS scores,and quality of life scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing,the observation group had excellent inflammatory factors,SAS,SDS scores,and quality of life scores.In the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in the nursing of patients with tuberculous pleurisy can effectively alleviate the inflammatory response of patients,reduce negative emotions,and improve the quality of life of patients.
