护理干预对妊娠期高血压疾病患者负性情绪和主观幸福感的影响

摘　　要：目的分析妊娠期高血压疾病(PIH)患者疾病特点与护理需求,评价护理干预对改善患者负性情绪、提高主观幸福感的积极意义。方法选择社区2019年4月至2020年5月的84例PIH患者,孕妇建卡的基础上按照随机数字表法进行对照组、干预组分组护理,每组42例。予以对照组PIH患者常规护理,予以干预组PIH患者综合护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果 PIH患者负性情绪以焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估后,干预组患者的评分均明显低于对照组(P <0.05);PIH患者主观幸福感以总体幸福感量表(GWB)评估后,干预组患者对健康担心、精力、松弛与紧张等指标总分明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论社区配合综合护理干预对于改善患者负性情绪、提高主观幸福感具有积极意义。Objective To analyze the disease characteristics and nursing needs of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension,and to evaluate the positive significance of nursing intervention in improving the negative emotions and subjective well-being of patients.Methods A total of 84 patients with pregnancyinduced hypertension in the community from April 2019 to May 2020 were selected.On the basis of establishing a card for pregnant women,the control group and the intervention group were treated according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given regular nursing for patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension,and the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Results After the negative emotions of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension were assessed by the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),the scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);after the subjective well-being of patients was evaluated by the Global Well-Being Scale(GWB),the total scores of indicators such as health worry,energy,relaxation and tension in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Community cooperation with comprehensive nursing intervention is of positive significance for improving patients’negative emotions and improving subjective well-being.
