摘　　要：目的探究急性左心力衰竭患者采取呼吸护理方法的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月我院接诊的急性左心力衰竭的患者70例作为本次试验研究主体,根据患者入院日期的先后顺利进行分组,每组患者为35例,试验组患者采用呼吸护理方法,对照组患者采用常规护理,对比两组患者的呼吸道感染的发生率以及护理效果。结果与对照组患者相比,试验组患者的呼吸道感染发生率显著较低,护理效果较高,统计学意义存在(P <0.05)。结论急性左心力衰竭患者采取呼吸护理方法可有效降低呼吸道感染的发生,促进患者康复,该种护理方法值得在临床中推广。Objective To explore the respiratory nursing methods and effects of patients with acute left heart failure.Methods Seventy patients with acute left heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the subjects of this experimental study.According to the date of admission,they were divided into three groups.Each group consisted of 35 patients.The experimental group adopted respiratory nursing method,while the control group adopted routine nursing method.The two groups were compared.The incidence of respiratory tract infection and nursing effect.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of respiratory tract infection in the experimental group was significantly lower,and the nursing effect was higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory nursing for patients with acute left heart failure can effectively reduce the incidence of respiratory tract infection and promote the rehabilitation of patients.This nursing method is worth promoting in clinical practice.
