Objective To explore the clinical impact of personalized nursing model on nutritional status of primary maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients. Methods In our hospital,in February 2018-February 2019,selection of grassroots MHD patients 70 cases,it is divided into two groups according to random number table method, the control group 35 cases to carry out the traditional nursing care, observation group of 35 cases of the implementation of personalized nursing intervention, compared the two groups before intervention and subjective nutritional intervention for 3 months at the time of the improved score(MQSGA),malnutrition-inflammation score(MIS).Results There was no significant difference in the scores of MQSGA and MIS between the two groups before intervention(P>05).After 3 months of intervention, the scores of MQSGA and MIS in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),while the lower scores were more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention for primary MHD patients can improve their nutritional status and have outstanding clinical application value.
