探讨腹腔镜下全膀胱切除原位回肠新膀胱术的护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理应用于腹腔镜下全膀胱切除原位回肠新膀胱术患者的效果分析。方法本次试验对象选自在本院进行治疗70例的膀胱癌患者,时间为2019年3月至2020年4月,对其按照入院时间进行分组,均分为两组各35例,对照组患者开展常规护理,试验组患者开展优质护理,对比不同护理方式下对术后并发症及术后恢复情况造成的影响。结果试验组患者的并发症率(14.29%)较对照组的37.14%显著降低(χ^(2)=4.786,P=0.029)。试验组患者的术后排气时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P <0.05)。结论优质护理应用于腹腔镜下全膀胱切除原位回肠新膀胱术对患者的恢复及健康具有极大意义。Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on patients undergoing laparoscopic total cystectomy and orthotopic ileal neobladder surgery.Methods Seventy patients with bladder cancer who were treated in our hospital from March 2019 to April 2020 were divided into two groups according to admission time,35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received high-quality nursing.The complications and postoperative complications were compared under different nursing methods.The impact of recovery.Results Complication rate of the experimental group was 14.29%and 37.14%lower than that of the control group(χ^(2)=4.786,P=0.029).The postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of highquality nursing in laparoscopic total cystectomy and orthotopic ileal neobladder is of great significance to the recovery and health of patients.
