摘　　要：目的分析新颖图文标识在口腔医院消毒员培训中的应用和效果。方法将口腔医院消毒供应中心的20名消毒员作为研究对象,其中10名为对照组(2019年1-6月常规管理组),另外10名为试验组(2019年7-12月新颖图文标识管理组)。对比两组各类口腔专用器械辨认达标率、消毒流程工作质量、消毒供应专业知识考核成绩达标率以及消毒员的满意度情况。结果经不同方案管理后,试验组消毒员工作中各类口腔专用器械辨认达标率(100.00%)、消毒流程工作质量(100.00%)以及毒供应专业知识考核成绩达标率(100.00%)显著高于对照组消毒员工作中各类口腔专用器械辨认达标率(55.00%)、消毒流程工作质量(60.00%)以及毒供应专业知识考核成绩达标率(45.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组消毒员对工作的满意度(92.88±4.88)分显著高于对照组消毒员对工作的满意度(65.43±3.87)分,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论急新颖图文标识在口腔医院消毒员培训中应用可显著提高消毒员对口腔专用器械辨认达标率、消毒流程工作质量、消毒供应专业知识考核成绩达标率以及消毒员对管理的满意度。Objective To analyze the application and effect of novel graphic logo in the training of dental hospital disinfectors.Methods Twenty disinfectors in the disinfection and supply center of stomatological hospital were selected as the research objects,including 8 males and 12 females,10 of whom were in the control group(routine management group from January 2019 to June in 2019),and the other 10 were in the experimental group(management group from July 2019 to December in 2019).The standard rate of identification of all kinds of oral special instruments,the quality of disinfection process,the standard rate of examination results of disinfection supply professional knowledge and the satisfaction of disinfectors were compared between the two groups.Results After the management of different schemes,the standard rate of identification of all kinds of oral special instruments(100.00%),the quality of disinfection process(100.00%)and the standard rate of examination results of professional knowledge of drug supply(100.00%)in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(55.00%),and the quality of disinfection process(60.00%).Results The rate of reaching the standard of professional knowledge examination of drug supply and drug supply(45.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the experimental group(92.88±4.88)points was significantly higher than that of the control group(65.43±3.87)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of emergency and novel graphic signs in the training of oral hospital disinfectors can significantly improve the identification rate of oral special instruments,the quality of disinfection process,the examination rate of disinfection supply professional knowledge and the satisfaction of disinfectors to the management.
