摘　　要：文章首先简介了大数据中心的发展历程,并开创性地提出了大数据中心的“三代”进化理论。然后针对大数据中心的规划设计,从选址、能评、水电条件、地方政策等方面做了相关探讨。最后以中国证券南方信息中心二期方案设计为例论述了大数据中心建设的关键要点,即安全、绿色、灵活、运维可控。This paper introduces the development history of big data centers,and puts forward the"three generations"evolution theory of big data centers.Then,for the planning and design of the big data center,relevant discussions were made in terms of site selection,energy assessment,hydropower conditions,and local policies.Finally,taking the design of the second phase of China Securities Southern Information Center as an example,the key points of the construction of the big data center are discussed,namely,safety,greenness,flexibility,and controllable operation and maintenance.
