摘　　要：文章简要介绍了ASA树脂混凝土试制建筑板材的工艺及性能优势,主要研究了其抗渗性能的影响因素,探讨骨料粒径、ASA树脂用量等变量,结果表明在骨料粒径为2.36 mm和ASA树脂用量为骨料质量的30%时,板材的吸水率较低(低于1.0%),抗渗性较好;以此配比进行免拆模板试制,样品综合性能能够达到设计指标要求。This paper briefly introduces the technology and performance advantages of the trial production of ASA resin concrete building plate,mainly studies the influence factors of its impermeability,and discusses the variables such as aggregate size and ASA resin dosage.The results show that when the aggregate particle size is 2.36mm and the amount of ASA resin is 30%of the aggregate mass,the water absorption rate of the board is lower(less than 1.0%),and the impermeability is better.The results show that the comprehensive performance of the sample can meet the design requirements.
