数字经济下广东服务业发展新趋势

摘　　要：随着新一轮科技革命的迅猛发展,各种智能化、信息化、数字化活动与传统经济活动相互交融,尤其是数字经济的发展为中国服务业的高水平发展带来了诸多机遇,提高了服务贸易的可贸易性、便利化水平、资源配置效率等。广东是我国数字经济发展水平较高的经济大省,通过分析广东服务业发展中存在的问题,如信息技术研发能力有待加强;服务业占比总量不足,数字化质量落后;缺乏对新型服务业的有效指导与市场监管;数字共享和集群程度有待提高等。基于分析结果提出完善数字化人才队伍建设、加速新科技研发体系建立、加速产业结构调整、改善新型服务业市场环境等对策建议,以推动中国服务贸易在当今时代实现重大飞跃。With the rapid development of a new round of revolution of science and technology,all kinds of activities of intelligence,informatization,digitization and traditional economic activities intersect,especially the development of the digital economy to the high levels of development of China􀆳s service industry has brought many opportunities,like improving the tradeability of trade in services,facilitation level,resource allocation efficiency,etc.Guangdong is an economic big province in China with higher development level of digital economic,through adopting an analysis of problems existing in the development of service industry in Guangdong province,based on the results of the analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as perfecting digital talent team construction,speeding up the construction of new technology research and development system,accelerating the adjustment of industrial structure and improving the market environment for new service industries,so as to promote China􀆳s service trade to achieve a major leap forward in this era.
