摘　　要：国家自然科学基金的性别平等特别政策措施是我国法律政策贯彻男女平等基本国策的优秀案例,对这些政策措施所体现的男女平等价值观基础以及所面对的争议进行分析与辨析,有助于更深刻地理解男女平等价值观的内涵及其在相关法律政策中的应用与改进,并促进在科学研究政策体系和实际工作中更好地贯彻落实男女平等基本国策。The special policy on gender equality of National Natural Science Foundation of China(NNSFC)is an exemplary case of implementing the national polity of gender equality.To analyze the values of gender equality implied in the special policy and related regulations and clarify the disputes confronted with such policy and regulations are essential to understand the implications of gender equality and its application and improvement,as well as to promote further implementation and practice of gender equality in national policies and regulations of scientific research.
