摘　　要：文章以一栋高层办公楼建筑为例,简要阐述了高层预制装配整体式框架-现浇核心筒结构体系的设计过程,注重概念设计和结构分析模型的建立,通过连接节点合理的构造措施,提高装配式建筑的整体性,实现装配式结构与现浇混凝土结构基本等同的要求。预制构件的标准化、连接节点的简单化以及建筑、结构、机电设备、室内装修一体化设计与装配式结构设计紧密相关。Taking a high-rise office building as an example,this paper briefly expounds the design process of the high-rise precast and assembled monolithic frame-cast-in-place core tube structure system,pays attention to the conceptual design and the establishment of the structural analysis model,improves the integrity of the prefabricated building through the reasonable structural measures of the connection nodes,and realizes the basic requirements of the prefabricated structure and the cast-in-place concrete equal structure.Prefabricated structure design is closely related to the standardization of prefabricated components,the simplification of connection nodes and the integrated design of architecture,structure,electromechanical equipment and interior decoration.
