摘 要:针对高铁站房工程中大体积结构混凝土受约束大、开裂风险较高、易产生收缩裂缝的问题,文章依托新建北京至雄安新区城际铁路雄安站站房及相关工程为研究背景,对其大体积混凝土基础底板采取的“跳仓法”施工技术开展专项技术研究,同时对“跳仓法”施工中混凝土温度、应变发展规律进行监测对比分析与裂缝观察。结果表明,“跳仓法”施工措施可使底板混凝土在温升膨胀变形阶段储备安全的结构预压应力,且易于减缓温降收缩变形阶段所产生的收缩应变,可使大体积混凝土收缩裂缝得到有效控制,为同类“跳仓法”施工工程借鉴提供宝贵经验。In view of the problems of high cracking risk and constraints for mass structure concrete in high speed railway station building project,it is easy to produce shrinkage cracks.In this paper,based on the research background of Xiong′an station building and related projects of inter-city railway new-built between Beijing and Xiong′an New Area,special technical research is carried out on the"Alternative bay"construction method adopted in the foundation slab of mass structure concrete.At the same time,the monitoring data analysis and crack observation about the development law of temperature and strain of concrete in"Alternative bay"construction are contrasts.The results show that the"Alternative bay"construction measures can reserve the safe structural pre-compressive stress of floor concrete in the stage of temperature rise and expansion deformation,and it is easy to slow down the shrinkage strain produced in the stage of temperature drop and shrinkage deformation.This construction method can effectively control the shrinkage cracks of mass structure concrete,and provide valuable experience for similar"Alternative bay"engineering.
