摘　　要：作为西方马克思主义的重要哲学流派,法兰克福学派以肯定文化、文化工业和大众文化为主要内容,对当代资本主义社会发展中的大众文化进行了深刻批判和反思。西方社会文化思潮的传入严重影响了我国社会主义大众文化的健康发展。法兰克福学派大众文化批判理论对我国社会主义大众文化健康发展有一定的借鉴价值。The Frankfurt School,as an important Western philosophical school of Marxism,taking affirming culture,cultural industry and mass culture as the main content of its critical theory of mass culture,profoundly criticizes and reflects the mass culture in the development of contemporary capitalist society.During the development of socialist mass culture in our country,the trend of thought of Western social culture has been gradually introduced into our country,which has seriously affected the healthy development of socialist mass culture.Therefore,in the process of the construction and development of socialist culture in China,it is particularly important to guide the healthy development of socialist mass culture by referring to the relevant cultural value theories of the critical theory of mass culture of Frankfurt School.This paper expounds the basic content and characteristics of the critical theory of mass culture to provide modern enlightenment for the healthy development of mass culture in China.
