摘  要:针对不同高海拔下对柴油机性能的影响,分别在海拔170、2200、2900、3500、4000 m,对柴油机进行实地台架性能试验。试验结果表明:随着海拔的升高,发动机的性能指标会恶化,通过大气压力对油量的修正,在4000 m海拔下,柴油机标定点功率增加1.2%,油耗升高约1.6%,最大扭矩值下降0.5%,标定和扭矩点的烟度、涡前排温、增压器转速等参数虽有恶化,但不超限值。低转速扭矩值下降较大,但不在拖拉机的常用工作范围内,符合设计要求。According to the influence of different high altitudes on the performance of diesel engine,the field test of diesel engine were carried out at the altitude of 170,2200,2900,3500,4000 m.The test results showed that:with the increase of altitude,the performance of the engine would deteriorated;through the correction of atmospheric pressure on the fuel quantity,at the altitude of 4000 m,the engine rated power increased by 1.2%,the fuel consumption increased by 1.6%,and the maximum torque decreased by 0.5%,although the parameters at calibration point and torque point such as smoke,exhaust temperature at the inlet of turbine,turbocharger speed and other parameters became worse,they did not exceed the limits;the torque at low speed decreased greatly,but it was not in the common working range of tractor and met the design requirements.
