石油系橡胶增塑剂A1004生产工艺开发及在不溶性硫磺中的应用

摘　　要：以SZ36-1原油的减压馏分油为原料,通过加氢脱酸-糠醛精制-白土补充精制组合工艺,制备石油系橡胶增塑剂A1004,并对其在不溶性硫磺中的应用性能进行评价。结果表明:减压馏分油通过该组合工艺能够制备满足GB/T 33322—2016要求的橡胶增塑剂A1004,产品收率为65.7%,芳碳率(C_(A))达10.7%;制备的橡胶增塑剂A1004在不溶性硫磺中的应用性能良好。The rubber plasticizer A1004 derived from vacuum distillates was prepared through hydrogenation deacidification-furfural refining-clay refining combined process,and its performance in insoluble sulfur was evaluated.The results showed that the combined process could be used to prepare rubber plasticizer A1004 that met the requirements of GB/T 33322—2016,and the product yield could reach up to 65.7% with the aromatic carbon fraction(C_(A))of 10.7%.The rubber plasticizer A1004 had a good performance in insoluble sulfur.
