丹丽心脉通胶囊联合西医常规疗法治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察探讨丹丽心脉通胶囊联合西医常规疗法治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效,总结临床治疗经验。方法选择2019年6月至2020年3月英德市中医院收治的60例慢性心力衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组采用西医常规疗法,观察组在对照组基础上加用丹丽心脉通胶囊。观察比较两组治疗前后中医症候积分、Lee氏心力衰竭积分及超声检查情况。结果两组患者治疗后喘息气促、心悸不宁、乏力疲惫、口唇紫黯、体寒肢冷症候评分及总评分皆明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Lee氏心力衰竭积分明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后二尖瓣血流频谱(E/A)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)检查结果优于治疗前,且观察组改善程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹丽心脉通胶囊联合西医常规疗法治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效显著,可以明显改善临床症状和心功能,值得临床合理推广。Objective To observe and investigate the clinical efficacy of Danli Xinmaitong Capsule combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure and summarize the clinical treatment experience.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)admitted from June 2019 to March 2020 in Yingde Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected and divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30)according to random number table method by computer.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Danli Xinmaitong Capsule on the basis of the control group.The TCM symptom scores,Lee’s heart failure scores and ultrasonic examination before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,each score and total score of the symptoms of shortness of breath,palpitation and restlessness,weakness and exhaustion,dark purple lips and cold body and extremities in patients of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment and the observation group was lower than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of Lee’s heart failure in the observation group was significantly lower than those before treatment and in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The examination results of E/A,LVEF,LVEDD and LVESD in the observation group after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the degree of improvement was significantly superior to that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Danli Xinmaitong Capsule combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of CHF has significant therapeutic efficacy,which can obviously improve clinical symptoms and cardiac function,and is worthy of clinically reasonable promotion.
