异补骨脂素在大鼠体内药代动力学的性别差异研究

摘　　要：[目的]比较异补骨脂素单次灌胃给药后,在雌性和雄性大鼠体内的药代动力学差异。[方法]测定雌、雄大鼠单次灌胃给予56、28、14和7 mg/kg异补骨脂素后不同时间点的大鼠血浆药物浓度,计算相应的药代动力学参数。[结果]4个不同剂量的异补骨脂素单次灌胃给药后,药物在不同性别大鼠血浆中Tmax,Cmax,AUC等参数存在差异。[结论]灌胃给予不同浓度异补骨脂素后,其大鼠体内的药代动力学特征存在性别差异。[Objective]Comparison of pharmacokinetics between female and male rats after single intragastric administration of isopsoralen.[Methods]Determination of rat plasma drug concentrations at different time points after single gavage of 56,28,14 and 7 mg/kg psoralen in female and male rats,and calculate the corresponding pharmacokinetic parameters.[Results]After a single intragastric administration of 4 different doses isopsoralen,there were differences in the t1/2,Cmax,AUC and other parameters in the plasma of rats of different gender.[Conclusion]There are gender differences in the pharmacokinetic characteristics of rats after intragastric administration of different concentrations of isopsoralen.
