鼻内镜结合糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜结合糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉病的临床疗效。方法选择我院30例2017年1月至2018年12月鼻息肉病。随机分组,手术单一组采取鼻内镜治疗,手术药物双联组则采取鼻内镜结合糖皮质激素治疗。比较两组鼻内镜手术疗效;内镜检查形态复常、分泌物、鼻塞憋喘等相关症状改善时间;治疗前后患者症状、生存状况评分;再次发病率。结果手术药物双联组较手术单一组有更高的疗效,P<0.05。治疗前手术单一组、手术药物双联组症状、生存状况评分比较,无明显差异,P>0.05;治疗之后,治疗后手术单一组、手术药物双联组症状均显著比治疗前低,生存状况评分均显著比治疗前高,P<0.05。而当中,手术药物双联组症状、生存状况评分变化幅度较手术单一组更大,P<0.05。手术药物双联组内镜检查形态复常以及分泌物、鼻塞憋喘、头痛症状改善时间较手术单一组更短,P<0.05。手术药物双联组较手术单一组再次发病率更低,P<0.05。结论鼻内镜结合糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉病手术效果,其应用促使患者在短时间内症状快速缓解和消除,有利于控制病情复发,对后续患者生活质量的改善发挥极其重要的作用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopy combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of nasal polyposis.Methods A total of 30 cases of nasal polyposis from January 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected.Randomized grouping,the single operation group was treated with nasal endoscopy,and the surgical drug double group was treated with nasal endoscopy combined with glucocorticoid treatment.The curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery was compared between the two groups;the time to improve the symptoms of endoscopic examination,such as normal morphology,secretion,nasal congestion and asthma;symptoms and survival status scores of patients before and after treatment;remorbidity rate.Results The surgical drug dual group had a higher curative effect than the surgical single group,P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the symptom and survival status scores between the surgery single group and the surgery drug double group group,P>0.05;after treatment,the symptoms of the surgery single group and the surgery drug double group after treatment were significantly lower than before the treatment,and the survival status the scores were significantly higher than before treatment,P<0.05.Among them,the changes in symptoms and survival scores of the surgical drug dual group were greater than those of the surgical single group,P<0.05.The recovery time of endoscopic examination,secretion,nasal congestion,asthma,and headache symptoms in the surgical drug double group was shorter than that in the surgical single group,P<0.05.The recurrence rate of the surgical drug dual group was lower than that of the surgical single group,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of nasal endoscopy combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of nasal polyposis surgery,its application promotes the rapid relief and elimination of symptoms in a short time,is conducive to controlling the recurrence of the disease,and plays an extremely important role in improving the quality of life of the subsequent
