摘 要:目的探讨无创性尿动力学参数模型在逼尿肌收缩力预测中的应用价值。方法选取我院2018年6月至2020年6月收治的92例泌尿外科患者作为研究对象,进行无创性尿动力学检查,结合最大尿流率(Qmax)、膀胱壁厚度(BWT)、前列腺突入膀胱内程度(IPP)、残余尿量(PVR)、排尿量(Vv)、前列腺体积(PV)以及国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)等参数检测结果进行分析,结合有创性尿动力学检查参数最大瓦特因子(WFmax)进行判断。结果经过无创性尿动力学检查后,Qmax、BWT、IPP、PVR、PV、Vv、IPSS分别为(6.53±1.22)mL/s、(4.41±1.35)mm、(9.23±2.06)mm^(3)、(71.54±13.81)mL、(145.23±16.89)mL、(69.85±10.13)mL、(19.34±3.05)分。检测结果为WFmax≤7 W/m2的患者21例,WFmax>7 W/m^(2)的患者71例,分别作为A组和B组,两组患者在BWT、Qmax、Vv、PVR的检测结果存在显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论无创性尿动力学参数模型的应用,能够在逼尿肌收缩力预测中发挥重要的价值,为相关疾病的诊疗提供参考依据。Objective To investigate the application value of noninvasive urodynamic parameter model in predicting detrusor contractile force.Methods Ninty-two cases of urological patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and non-invasive urodynamic examination was conducted.The maximum urine flow rate(Qmax),bladder wall thickness(BWT),prostate penetration into the bladder(IPP),residual urine volume(PVR),urine volume(Vv),prostate volume(PV)and International Prostate Symptomatic Score(IPSS)were analyzed.The maximum watt factor(WFmax)was used to determine the invasive urodynamic parameters.Results After a noninvasive urodynamic examination,Qmax,BWT,IPP,PVR,PV,Vv and IPSS were(6.53±1.22)mL/s,(4.41±1.35)mm,(9.23±2.06)mm^(3),(71.54±13.81)mL,(145.23±16.89)mL,(69.85±10.13)mL,(19.34±3.05)points.There were 21 patients with WFmax≤7 W/m2 and 71 patients with WFmax>7 W/m^(2),respectively,as group A and group B.There were significant differences in the detection results of BWT,Qmax,VV and PVR between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of noninvasive urodynamic parameter model can play an important role in the prediction of detrusor contractile force,and provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.
