补肾健脾合剂联合桃红四物汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价早期糖尿病肾病采取补肾健脾合剂联合桃红四物汤治疗的可行性与预后效果,为早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床治疗工作提供参考。方法选择我院2017年9月至2018年12月收治的70例早期糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象。采取随机法,对70例患者进行分组。对照组35例患者采取常规西药治疗以及饮食控制、运动指导,试验组35例患者在对照组的基础上应用补肾健脾合剂+桃红四物汤治疗。比较对照组与试验组早期糖尿病肾病患者组间治疗效果以及血糖、24 h尿蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、中医症候积分情况。结果试验组早期糖尿病肾病患者治疗后临床总有效率94.29%明显高于对照组74.29%,治疗后血糖水平以及中医症候积分均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论在基础治疗、护理的基础上配合中药补肾健脾合剂联合桃红四物汤治疗在改善早期糖尿病肾病患者症状体征方面效果显著,进一步促进了患者的预后。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and prognostic effect of using bushen jianpi mixture combined with taohong siwu decoction for early diabetic nephropathy,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods The 70 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.A random method was adopted to divide 70 patients into groups.The 35 patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,diet control,and exercise guidance.Thirty-fivepatients in the experimental group were treated with bushen jianpi mixture+taohong siwu decoction on the basis of the control group.Compare the treatment effect between the control group and the experimental group in patients with early diabetic nephropathy,as well as blood sugar,24 h urine protein,urine microalbumin,and TCM syndrome scores.Results The total clinical effective rate of patients with early diabetic nephropathy in the experimental group after treatment was 94.29%significantly higher than that of the control group 74.29%.After treatment,the blood glucose level and the TCM syndrome scores in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion On the basis of basic treatment and nursing care,combined with Chinese medicine bushen jianpi mixture combined with taohong siwu decoction has a significant effect in improving the symptoms and signs of patients with early diabetic nephropathy,and further promotes the prognosis of patients.
