无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病过程中运用人性化护理的效果

摘　　要：目的评价在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)无创呼吸机护理中行人性化护理的效果。方法纳入2018年7月至2019年7月我院接诊的80例COPD患者,采用抽签法分为对照组与观察组,对照组40例患者接受常规护理,观察组40例患者接受人性化护理,将两组护理成效进行比较。结果观察组残气量(FEV1)、残气量/肺总量比率(FEV1/FVC)、最大呼气中段流速(MMEF)、最大肺活量(VCmax)均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论COPD无创呼吸机护理中行人性化护理效果确切,具有临床推广价值。Objective To evaluate the effect of humanized nursing in the nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)non-invasive ventilator.Methods Eighty patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were divided into the control group and the observation group by drawing lots.Forty patients in the control group received routine nursing and 40 patients in the observation group received humanistic nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),maximal mid-expiratory flow(MMEF)and maximum carboxylation rate(VCmax)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing in the nursing of COPD non-invasive ventilator is effective and valuable in clinical promotion.
