优质护理对鼻中隔偏曲合并下鼻骨骨折患者预后的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理对鼻中隔偏曲合并下鼻骨骨折患者预后的影响。方法将128例鼻中隔偏曲合并下鼻骨骨折患者随机分为两组,每组各64例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受优质护理。结果两组患者均成功手术,切口一期愈合,均恢复正常的鼻腔通气功能,两侧鼻翼基本对称,研究组术后VAS评分为(3.63±0.77)分,无一例出现并发症,住院时间为(4.46±0.95)d;对照组术后VAS评分为(5.84±0.82)分,出现3例鼻黏膜血肿,4例鼻部感染,住院时间为(6.84±0.68)d,研究组术后VAS评分、并发症和住院时间明显少于对照组,比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组病区管理评分为(4.42±0.64)分、健康教育评分为(4.45±0.82)分、护患沟通评分为(4.64±0.49)分、护理技术评分为(4.65±0.69)分、总体满意度评分为(157.33±7.69)分,明显高于对照组,比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在鼻中隔偏曲合并下鼻骨骨折患者中积极开展优质护理具有重要的意义。Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing on the prognosis of patients with nasal septum deviation and lower nasal bone fracture.Methods One hundred and twenty-eight cases of patients with nasal septum deviation and lower nasal bone fracture were randomly divided into two groups with 64 cases in each group.The control group received routine care and the study group received high-quality nursing.Results Both groups of patients were successfully operated,the incisions healed at the first stage,and normal nasal ventilation function was restored.Both sides of the nose were basically symmetrical.The postoperative VAS score of the study group was(3.63±0.77)points,no complications occurred,hospitalization time is(4.46±0.95)days.The postoperative VAS score of the control group was(5.84±0.82)points,3 cases of nasal mucosal hematoma and 4 cases of nasal infection occurred,and the length of hospital stay was(6.84±0.68)days.VAS after operation in the study group the scores,complications and length of hospital stay were significantly less than those of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05)points.In the study group,ward management score was(4.42±0.64)points,health education score was(4.45±0.82)points,nurse-patient communication score was(4.64±0.49)points,nursing technology score was(4.65±0.69)points,and overall satisfaction score was(157.33±7.69)points,significantly higher than the control group,the comparison is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is of great significance to actively carry out high-quality nursing in patients with nasal septum deviation and lower nasal bone fracture.
