人文关怀护理理念对肺癌患者正负性情绪及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的评价人文关怀护理理念的应用对肺癌患者正负性情绪、护理满意度等方面的影响,在优化肺癌患者护理工作的基础上促进患者预后。方法选择我院2017年8月至2018年11月收治治疗的肺癌患者,总计76例。采取随机法将76例肺癌患者分成两组。对照组38例肺癌患者采取常规护理,人文组38例肺癌患者应用常规护理+人文关怀护理理念。对比对照组与人文组肺癌患者组间护理满意度、正负性情绪变化情况。结果人文组肺癌患者护理满意度高于对照组;两组患者干预后正负性情绪均对比干预前改善,且人文组的改善程度优于对照组,P<0.05(数据差异显著)。结论在常规护理的基础上配合应用人文关怀护理理念可以促进肺癌患者正负性情绪改善,患者护理满意度高,护理价值显著。Objective To evaluate the influence of humanistic care on positive and negative emotions and nursing satisfaction of patients with lung cancer,and to promote the prognosis of patients on the basis of optimizing the nursing work of patients with lung cancer.Methods Seventy-six lung cancer patients were selected from August 2017 to November 2018.Seventy-six patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups.38 patients in the control group received routine nursing and 38 patients in the humanities group application of conventional nursing and humanistic care nursing.The nursing satisfaction and positive and negative emotions of lung cancer patients in the control group and the humanistic group were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of lung cancer patients in the humanistic group was higher than that in the control group.The positive and negative emotions of the two groups of patients improved after the intervention,and the improvement of the humanities group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing,combined with the application of humanistic care nursing concept can promote the positive and negative emotions of lung cancer patients,patients with high nursing satisfaction and significant nursing value.
