分析急性胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊切除术后护理方法与效果

摘　　要：目的探究急性胆囊炎患者,在使用腹腔镜胆囊切除手术后,采取综合护理方式的护理效果,从而提高护理质量。方法随机抽取本院40例采取腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的急性胆囊炎患者,利用摸球法分为研究组(使用常规护理的基础上,采取综合护理)与对照组(使用常规护理)。对比分析两组出血量、排气时间、下床时间、住院时间、患者疼痛指数以及并发症发生率。结果经护理,研究组与对照组并发症发生率分别为5.00%与45.00%,研究组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组;研究组患者出血量、排气时间、下床时间以住院时间明显优于对照组;研究组疼痛指数显低于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论采取综合护理,对降低使用腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的急性胆囊炎患者并发症发生率效果明显,患者出血量、排气时间以住院时间改善明显,患者疼痛指数标显著降低,临床价值高。Objective To explore the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing method in patients with acute cholecystitis after laparoscopic cholecystectomy,so as to improve the quality of nursing.Methods Forty patients with acute cholecystitis who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly selected from our hospital.The patients were divided into study group(based on routine nursing,comprehensive nursing)and control group(based on routine nursing)by ball feeling method.The nursing effects,including blood loss,exhaust time,time out of bed and length of stay,patient pain index and complication rate were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results After nursing,the incidence of complications in the study group and the control group were 5.00%and 45.00%respectively,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group.The amount of bleeding,exhaust time,time of getting out of bed and hospital stay of patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group.The pain index of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of complications in patients with acute cholecystitis after laparoscopic cholecystectomy,significantly improve the patient's blood loss,exhaust time and length of stay,and significantly reduce the patient's pain index,which is of high clinical value.
