分析腹腔镜逆行阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎的围手术期护理方法及效果

摘　　要：目的探究阑尾炎患者在腹腔镜逆行阑尾切除术中应用围手术期护理的效果。方法本次试验对象全部选自本院2018年3月至2019年5月收治的96例阑尾炎患者,平均分成试验组(n=48)和对照组(n=48),对照组进行一般护理,基于此试验组进行围手术期护理,对比两种护理方案的效果。结果试验组和对照组的住院时间、胃肠道恢复时间、首次排气时间、并发症发生率以及切口愈合情况对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阑尾炎患者在腹腔镜逆行阑尾切除术中应用围手术期护理效果好,有利于缩短康复时间。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing in patients with appendicitis undergoing laparoscopic retrograde appendectomy.Methods Ninety-six patients with appendicitis admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were divided into experimental group(n=48)and control group(n=48).The control group received general nursing.Based on the perioperative nursing of the experimental group,the effects of the two nursing schemes were compared.Results The hospital stay,gastrointestinal recovery time,first exhaust time,incidence of complications and wound healing were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Appendicitis patients in laparoscopic retrograde appendectomy in the application of perioperative nursing effect is good,conducive to shorten the rehabilitation time.
