健康教育护理干预与肝硬化失代偿期患者生活质量的相关性

摘　　要：目的研究对肝硬化失代偿期患者实施健康教育护理干预,探讨健康教育与患者生活质量的相关性。方法选择肝硬化失代偿期患者50例作为本临床研究样本,按照入院日期进行随机分配将50例患者分为干预组(25例)及对照组(25例),对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上进行健康教育护理计划的制定并为患者进行相应的健康护理干预,经过12周的健康教育护理干预后,通过生活质量量表(SF-36量表)进行测评,探讨健康教育护理干预与肝硬化失代偿期患者生活质量的相关性。结果两组患者实施不同的护理护理干预后,干预组患者的SF-36量表(8个维度)评分对生活质量评价显示:全部高于护理干预前且干预组的评分显著高于对照组评分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育护理干预的开展,改善了患者的心理情感精神状态,全面提高了患者的社会功能,促进了患者的生理健康,可见,肝硬化失代偿期患者实施健康教育护理干预与患者生活质量呈正相关。Objective To study the implementation of health education and nursing intervention for patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis,and to explore the correlation between health education and patients'quality of life.Methods A total of 50 patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis were randomly assigned according to the date of admission.The 50 patients were divided into intervention group(25 cases)and control group(25 cases).The control group was given routine nursing.The intervention group made health education and nursing plan on the basis of routine nursing,and carried out corresponding health nursing intervention for the patients,after 12 weeks of health education and nursing intervention,the correlation between health education and nursing intervention and the quality of life of patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis was evaluated by quality of life scale(SF-36).Results After different nursing interventions,the scores of SF-36 scale(8 dimensions)in the intervention group were higher than those before nursing intervention,and the scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The development of health education and nursing intervention improves the psychological,emotional and mental state of patients,comprehensively improves the social function of patients,and promotes the physical health of patients.It can be seen that the implementation of health education and nursing intervention in patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis is positively related to the quality of life of patients.
