对类风湿性关节炎患者的心理护理及健康教育

摘　　要：目的观察类风湿性关节炎患者的心理护理及健康教育作用。方法本次研究选择大连市中心医院收诊的类风湿性关节炎患者100例为研究对象,时间为2018年1月至2019年5月,采用随机法将其分成对照组(n=50)、研究组(n=50)。对照组施以常规护理,而研究组配合心理护理及健康教育。对比观察两组患者干预前后的心理状态及对疾病的认知程度、治疗依从性,并且调查患者对护理的满意程度。结果研究组干预后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、疾病认知程度评分、治疗依从性均优于对照组(P<0.05);调查显示,研究组护理满意度为96%(48/50),高于对照组的80%(40/50),两组比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在类风湿性关节炎患者中实施心理护理及健康教育能够改善患者负性情绪,作用显著,建议推广。Objective To observe the effect of psychological nursing and health education on patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods From January 2018 to May 2019,100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and research group,50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the research group received psychological nursing and health education.The psychological status,the cognitive level of the disease and the treatment compliance of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared and observed,and the satisfaction degree of the patients to nursing was investigated.Results After intervention,the research group's Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Selfrating Depression Scale(SDS)scores,disease awareness scores,and treatment compliance scores were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The survey showed that the nursing satisfaction of the research group was 96%(48/50),which was higher than 80%(40/50)of the control group.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing and health education play an important role in rheumatoid arthritis.It is suggested to popularize them.
