全程优质护理在植入式中心静脉输液港护理中的应用意义分析

摘　　要：目的分析植入式中心静脉输液港(venous port access,VPA)护理中采用全程优质护理的意义。方法将2019年4月至2019年8月接诊且提供常规护理的30例VPA患者作为对照组,将2019年9月至2020年1月接诊且提供全程优质护理的30例VPA患者作为研究组。分析组间负性情绪评分、疼痛评分[采用视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scoring,VAS)]、不良事件发生率、患者满意程度。结果①组间负性情绪评分、VAS评分在护理前无明显差异,P>0.05;研究组负性情绪评分、VAS评分在护理后均低于对照组,P<0.05。②研究组不良事件发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(26.67%),且患者满意程度(93.33%)优于对照组(66.67%),P<0.05。结论全程优质护理对改善VPA患者负性情绪、疼痛程度、护患关系均有较好效果,且能减少输液港不良事件,值得推广。Objective Analyze the significance of using whole-course high-quality nursing throughout the course of implantable central venous port access(VPA)care.Methods Thirty VPA patients who were admitted from April 2019 to August 2019 and provided routine care were used as the control group,and 30 VPA patients who were received from September 2019 to January 2020 and provided whole-course high-quality nursing were used as the study group.The negative emotion score,pain score[Visual analogue scoring(VAS)],incidence of adverse events,and patient satisfaction between groups were analyzed.Results(1)There was no significant difference in negative emotion score and VAS score between the groups before nursing,P>0.05;the negative emotion score and VAS score of the study group were lower than the control group after nursing,P<0.05.(2)The incidence of adverse events in the study group(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(26.67%),and the degree of patient satisfaction(93.33%)was better than that of the control group(66.67%),P<0.05.Conclusion The whole-course high-quality nursing has a good effect on improving the negative emotion,pain degree and nurse-patient relationship of VPA patients,and can reduce the adverse events of the infusion port,which is worthy of promotion.
